What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), the photographs and notes you upload for each card, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
Why we process it
To identify cards from your photographs, produce and explain valuations, maintain your inventory and activity history, and keep accounts secure.
Photographs
Card photographs are stored with your inventory item and used for identification and evidence review. They are not published, sold, or used to train third-party models.
Sold evidence
Valuations are built from publicly listed sold results. Those records describe cards and transactions, not you, and are stored separately from your account.
Retention and deletion
Inventory data is kept while your account is active. Deleting an item removes it from your inventory; deleting your account removes your account data and uploaded photographs.
Your choices
You can export your inventory, correct account details, and request deletion at any time from account settings.
This environment
This is a demonstration build. It uses fixture data held in your browser, does not connect to a production database, and does not transmit your inputs to a backend service.
