Terms of service
Last updated 27 July 2026 · demonstration build
1. About this service
Graded Card Value provides tools to photograph, identify, organise and value trading cards. This build is a demonstration environment: all data shown is fixture data and no live marketplace connection is active.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts in this environment are simulated and are cleared when local storage is cleared.
3. Valuations are estimates
Every value shown is an estimate derived from historic sold evidence. Values are not appraisals, offers, guarantees of resale price, or financial advice. Where evidence is insufficient or contradictory, the platform withholds a value rather than guessing.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photographs and notes you upload. You grant us the limited right to process them in order to identify cards, produce valuations and operate the service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent platform valuations as certified appraisals when selling to others.
6. Third-party marketplaces
Marketplace names and grading company names referenced in the product are used descriptively to identify sources of sold evidence. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid plans where we are able.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on a valuation, from marketplace transactions, or from the unavailability of the service.
9. Contact
