We want the platform to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
Measures in place
The following are implemented across the application and checked as part of our automated release process.
- A skip link to the main content on every page, and one main landmark per page.
- Keyboard operation for interactive controls, with visible focus indicators.
- Accessible names on icon-only buttons and labels on form fields.
- Colour contrast that meets AA for body text, with status never conveyed by colour alone.
- Text alternatives for card images that describe the card, side, grader and grade.
- Live regions that announce loading, success and error states.
- Tap targets sized for touch use, and layouts that reflow on small screens.
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
How we test
Automated accessibility checks run against the application's pages on every build and block a release when they fail. We also carry out keyboard-only walkthroughs of the main flows: sign in, scan, review, save, inventory and account settings.
Known limitations
Some areas are harder to make fully equivalent, and we are open about them.
- Card capture depends on a camera; every capture flow also accepts file upload and manual entry as an alternative.
- Dense data tables carry a large amount of information and can be slow to navigate with a screen reader; list and detail views present the same records.
- Content returned from third parties, such as marketplace error text, is outside our control and may not follow our own wording standards.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site prevents you from completing a task, tell us what you were doing, the page you were on and the assistive technology you use, and we will work with you on an alternative while we fix it. Reports can be sent to info@gradedcardvalue.com.
Alternative ways to reach us
If the site itself is the barrier, you can call us during business hours instead. Our phone number, address and hours are listed in the footer of every page and on the contact page.
