This policy covers cards you send to us for purchase, grading submission or consignment, and cards we send back to you or to a buyer. Carrier services, transit times and insurance limits are set by the carrier, not by us.
Sending cards to us
You are responsible for packing and for the shipment until it is delivered and signed for at our address. We recommend the following, and we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage that occurs before delivery to us.
- Use a rigid, sealed package with the cards protected individually.
- Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
- Insure the shipment for the full value you declare to us.
- Include the packing list generated by your submission or sale record.
Shipments we send
Outbound shipments are packed to protect slabs and raw cards in transit, sent with tracking, and insured up to the declared value we have on record for the item. Signature on delivery is used where the declared value requires it under the carrier's terms.
Transit times
Transit time is determined by the carrier and the service selected. Any timeframe shown in the platform is an estimate based on the carrier's published service, not a guarantee. Customs clearance, weather and carrier backlogs are outside our control.
Insurance and declared value
Insurance cover is limited to the declared value recorded for the shipment and to the carrier's maximum liability for the service used. If you do not declare a value, cover defaults to the carrier's minimum. Declared values must be supportable by evidence; we may ask you to substantiate a declared value before shipping.
Loss or damage in transit
Report a suspected loss or damage as soon as you become aware of it. Keep all packaging and photograph the package as received. We will file and support a carrier claim for shipments we sent and insured. Claim outcomes and timeframes are decided by the carrier and its insurer.
Addresses and delivery
We ship to the address confirmed on the order or submission record. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once a label has been created. We are not liable for loss after a carrier records successful delivery to the confirmed address.
Restrictions
We ship within the areas served by our carriers and may decline a destination where insurance, customs or carrier restrictions make safe shipment impractical. Applicable duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
