This agreement applies when you place cards with us to sell on your behalf. It is accepted when a consignment intake is confirmed, and the specific rate, term and reserve for your consignment are recorded on that intake.
1. Ownership
You keep ownership of every consigned card until it sells and the buyer's payment clears. Consigned cards are recorded against your account, stored separately from our own inventory, and are not used as security for any obligation of ours.
2. Intake record
Each card is photographed front and back, identified, and logged with its set, year, number, variation, and — for graded cards — the grader, grade and certification number. That record is the reference used for pricing, listing and return.
3. Pricing and reserves
Asking prices are proposed from observed sold evidence and agreed with you. You may set a reserve. We will not sell below an agreed reserve without your written approval.
4. Listing and channels
You authorise us to list consigned cards on the sales channels named on your intake record. A card is listed on one channel at a time so it cannot be sold twice.
5. Commission and costs
Our commission rate is stated on your intake record and is applied to the final sale price. Marketplace fees, payment processing fees and outbound shipping are deducted from proceeds and itemised on your payout statement. No commission is charged on a card that does not sell.
6. Payout
Net proceeds are paid to the payout details on your account after the buyer's payment has cleared and the applicable return window has closed. Each payout is accompanied by a statement showing the sale price and every deduction.
7. Returns and chargebacks
If a buyer return or a chargeback is upheld after payout, the corresponding amount is reversed and the card, if returned, goes back into your consignment. We will notify you and provide the supporting records.
8. Term and withdrawal
The consignment term is stated on your intake record. You may withdraw an unsold card by giving written notice; we will end any live listing and return the card to you. Withdrawal shipping and any preparation costs already incurred are payable by you. A card that has an accepted offer or a pending order cannot be withdrawn until that transaction is resolved.
9. Care and insurance
Consigned cards are stored in secure, controlled storage and are insured while in our care up to the declared value recorded at intake. Cover in transit follows our shipping policy.
10. Your warranties
You warrant that you own the consigned cards free of any other claim, that they are not stolen, counterfeit or knowingly altered, and that the information you gave at intake is accurate.
11. Questions
